BCVT was well represented at the 2023 American Society for Tropical Medicine and Hygiene’s annual meeting in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Leigh Ann Sanders and Michael DeWitt presented on behalf of their co-authors their findings in their poster titled Characterization of Antigenic Sites of Neisseria Gonorrhoeae Using High-density Peptide Microarrays and Psoralen-inactivated, Whole-cell Vaccine in Mice. They discussed how Psoralen-inactivated, whole-cell vaccines in mice were associated with a wide breadth of potential antigenic targets, including those that appear in the Neisseria Meningitidis vaccine.
